1. Agreement
By accessing or using Breadbasket Sports ("Service"), including our website at breadbasketsports.com, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of service
Breadbasket Sports provides an AI-powered sports intelligence platform including NFL research, fantasy and betting insights, automated video content generation, social media publishing integrations (TikTok, Instagram/Meta), and analytics. The Service is for informational and entertainment purposes. Breadbasket does not guarantee betting or fantasy outcomes.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, including sports betting regulations in your jurisdiction.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials. Notify us at [email protected] of unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to violate laws, publish misleading content, attempt unauthorized access, or circumvent platform OAuth scopes or rate limits.
6. Content and intellectual property
Breadbasket owns its software and brand assets. You retain rights to content you submit. AI outputs may contain errors — review before publication.
7. Social platform integrations
When you connect TikTok, Instagram (Meta), or other platforms via OAuth, you authorize Breadbasket to publish within granted scopes. Platform terms (TikTok Terms of Service, Meta Terms of Service) also apply. You may revoke access at any time through the platform or by contacting us.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including OpenRouter (AI), Supabase (data storage), Cloudflare (hosting), TikTok, and Meta. Your use of those services through Breadbasket is subject to their respective terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Sports insights are not financial advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
10. Limitation of liability
Aggregate liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or amounts paid in the prior twelve months, whichever is greater.
11. Governing law
State of Delaware, United States, excluding conflict of law principles.
12. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
